Join me in my studio for a creative weekend workshop!

There are workshops for adults and workshops for kids. Teens are welcome to register for any of the workshops. Find all the details below.

Workshops take place in the cozy Evergreen Studio—part of my home near Hampton Park. Please note: two friendly cats live here too!

Beginner Needle Felting (September edition) -Adult Workshops

Try something new, get creative, and take home something beautiful.

These beginner-friendly workshops are a great way to explore the art of needle felting in a relaxed, supportive environment. Learn step-by-step, experiment with high-quality fibres, and enjoy a cozy creative experience.

Saturday, September 6th: Come for one session—or stay for both! Each workshop features a different project and technique.

Morning Workshop: Still Life Flowers -Adult Workshop

Capture the colours of the late summer garden in a miniature needle-felted still life. Learn how to "paint with wool" to create a vibrant floral art piece, then add extra charm by embellishing your work with stitching and beading. You'll finish the workshop with a unique, textured creation -ready to display on a sweet wooden easel (included).

Afternoon Workshop: Forest Gnomes -Adult Workshop

Create a whimsical, nature-inspired folk character in this playful workshop!

You'll be introduced to simple 3D needle felting techniques while letting your imagination lead the way. Using high quality, colourful wool fibres, you'll bring your gnome to life with rich textures and personaltiy. Perfect for beginners or anyone who loves a magical, creative activity!

*Fee includes a felting pad and needles to keep.

$140 for both workshops.

Autumn Trees Wet Felted Art -Adult Workshop

Celebrate the beauty of fall with a cozy day of creativity!

We’ll begin with a peaceful walk through Hampton Park to take in the vibrant colours of the season and gather leaves for inspiration. Back in the studio, you’ll use the wet felting method to create a rich, textured art piece featuring autumn trees. We’ll work with wool and specialty fibres to explore colour, texture, and natural forms.

This is a relaxed, full-day workshop -take your time, and let nature spark your creativity.

Wet-Fetled Jack-o'-lanterns -for kids ages 7 and up

Spooky felting fun!

In this festive Halloween workshop, kids will create their very own Jack-o’-lantern using colourful wool and the wet felting method. Each participant will take home a glowing felted pumpkin—perfect for Halloween decorating!

All materials are provided, including a safe LED tea light to light up your creation.
