Welcome to Evergreen Mornings, a wonder-filled hands-on learning program for children 3-5 years of age. Registration is open now for September 2025.

Evergreen is an warm and welcoming home-based learning program located by Hampton Park in Ottawa. The small group setting offers a relationship-centred approach that considers the whole child, meeting them where they are at in their own unique development. 

Our mornings are a gentle rhythm of engaging activities that spark curiosity and support your child's cognitive, creative, physical, and social-emotional development. 

Literacy, numeracy, science and nature, art, and music are all incorporated holistically through experiential learning activities. Beautiful, quality materials stimulate the senses and inspire the imagination. 

Compassionate communication and a predictable morning rhythm throughout the week offfers a space of emotional regulation where children can build their social skills and independence. 

At Evergreen, learning is understood as a natural process that happens best without coercion, micro-managment, or judgement. Children learn best when they are engaged in activities that are meaningful, enriching, enjoyable, and fun!

Our mornings begin in our cozy classroom where we sing, read, create, experiment, practice skills, and use our imaginations. We enjoy a wholesome snack together, and then we head outdoors for a neighbourhood walk and playtime at the park!

Registration is open for the 2025-2026 year!

Monday-Friday, 8:30-11:30 am

$1,125 monthly fees include all program supplies and nutritious snacks.

Fall term: September 8 - December 19, 2025 (We pause for a winter break and resume January 5, 2026).

The program breaks for all statutory holidays.
